from the moment you receive your keys we will also lead you through the
initial stepping stones of setting yourself up in Cape
Verde. Experiences
like opening a bank account, connecting water, electricity or telephone,
furnishing your apartment can all be daunting tasks in a foreign country
but with the help of our local office and multi lingual management team,
these tasks can be taken care of with the least amount of stress on you.
Our Services
The Basic
Key Holding Service provides you with a safe holding place
for your keys and gives you access to our full range of services which
you then pay for as required. You can request property inspections
or cleaning when required. You will be regularly updated with statements
of your account, detailing services provided, rental income and payments
made. Our key holding service also allows you to request property access
for tradesmen, deliveries etc and we have a spare set of your keys
should your set be lost.
The Premium Key Holding Service includes the ‘Basic Service’,
plus for a fixed price, regular inspections of your property monthly,
bi-weekly, or weekly, you choose. This inspection not only includes checking
the security of your property but also a general walk through, to ensure
no problems have occurred such as water leaks, pests, electric/water
supply, telephone connection, fridge/freezer working and toilets are
flushed/bleached. A report of any problem will be provided to you by
email or fax and on instruction we can organize remedies. Emergencies
will be telephoned to you and dealt with immediately, through our established
contacts with local tradesmen.

• Empty Property Inspections (To ensure your property stays in
good condition when empty and any damage reported/rectified)
• Holiday Rentals/Change Over & Inventory Checks
• Long term Property Rentals
• Meet and Hand Over Keys (Includes welcome tour if required)
• Welcome Packs (Basic food shopping list items delivered to your
property for your arrival)
• Shopping Service (Interiors, furniture, bedding, home accessories)
• Laundry of bed linen and towels with delivery service to/from
property (bed linen washed/pressed and towels washed and folded.
• Patios Power Washed
• Transport - Private Transfer to/from Airport (Especially useful
for visitors unfamiliar with your property)
• Repairs/Maintenance - Tradesmen or Handyman Service
• Window Cleaning
• Checking Post
• Organizing Professional Services (lawyer, accountancy)
• Organizing Tradesman Quotes/Visits and giving them
access (plumbing, electrical work, air conditioning/heating, satellite TV installation)
• Pool Cleaning/Maintenance Service
