Widespread salt flats are found on Sal and Maio. Santiago, Santo Antão, and São Nicolau, arid slopes give way in places to sugarcane fields or banana plantations spread along the base of soaring mountains.Sal, Praia, St Vincent and Boa Vista all have international airports but not all are service from the same departure points, some are more attractive, others more developed. By the time you have arrived to the island of your choice, you should know how to get to other islands you may want to investigate. Due to the development in the last 10 years a lot of information is not current so it is better to read through several Island guides to get a clear understanding of all the islands.
3.Legal advice
Advantages of finding your own lawyer are that they can be totally independent from the seller or on the other hand they could be the sellers' lawyer as well, reflecting how your research can pay off. None of this is easy or happens overnight. Take your time with this as your legal representative will be responsible for how smoothly your transaction occurs and ultimately how costly. You will more than likely have to give them power of attorney to complete your purchase. Normally you can expect to pay between 2.5% -5% of the purchase price of the plot as legal fees. Some firms will have a set fee for land transactions.
